<br /> the Grantors, in consideration of Forty-Eight Thousand and No/100
<br /> Dollars ($48,000.00) received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unt� DONALD W. MEIER and ERMA L. MEIER, husband
<br /> and wife, as joint t,enants -with right of survivorship and not as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described real property in Hal�
<br /> County, Nebraska: -

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO E30LD the above described premises together :
