<br /> gualified and acting Executor under the Last Will and Testament and of the
<br /> Estate of HoTlis B.; Mahoney, Deceased, as such Executor, and pursuant to
<br /> authority granted it by the Last Will and Testament of Hollis B. Mahoney,
<br /> deceased, in consideration of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
<br /> AND NO/l00 DOLLARS ($11,250.00.) received from the Grantees, hereby grants,
<br /> bargains, sells, conveys and confirms unto DOUGLAS S. SWIHART and SANDRA J.
<br /> SWIHART, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> the following described real estate s.ituated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Sixteen (16) in Block Seven (7) in Parkhill Second
<br /> 3ubdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebras.ka, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br /> toqether with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing unto the Grantees, as joint tenants, and all the estate, right, title,
<br /> interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Hollis B, Mahoney, deceased,
<br /> the� Testatrix, of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br /> The above-described real estate is conveyed and transferred subject to
<br /> covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements of record,
<br /> visible easements, zoning laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the said Douglas
<br /> S. Swihart and Sandra J. Swihart, husband and wife, as joint tenants and
<br /> not as tenants in common.
<br /> , The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, Executor of the
<br /> Estate and under the Last Will and Testament of Hollis B. Mahoney, deceased,
<br /> hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of any lien or encum-
<br /> brance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the estate of Hollis B. �
<br /> Mahoney, deceased, and does hereby warrant that it will defend the said
<br /> premises against lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by,
<br /> through or under it.
