<br /> Al1 runways, all of concrete construction, and accompanying taxiway
<br /> systems and parking apron; sewage disposal system, field marking and
<br /> lighting, field drainage system, storm sewer system, ;perimeter fencing
<br /> and that portion of the sanitary sewer system and water distribution
<br /> system as has been determined by WAA to be necessary to service the
<br /> operation of the facility, ,
<br /> all of the above real estate described herein being conveyed subject to easements
<br /> of record and visible easements.

<br /> quitclaim deed between the United States of America and the City of Grand Island,
