QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> THIS INDENTURE made this .� .day of ���n r , 1970, between the
<br /> City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter
<br /> referred to as the City, and the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred
<br /> to as the County,
<br /> WITNESSETH:
<br /> That the City, by virtue of an ordinance duly adopted by the City Council of
<br /> the City of Grand Island on January 26, 1970, and in consideration of the County
<br /> accepting this conveyance and creating a county airport authority, pursuant to LB
<br /> .1025, Eightieth Session, Legislature of Nebraska, for the purpose of operating and
<br /> maintaining the hereinafter described airport, does hereby remise, release, and for-
<br /> ever quitclaim and convey unto the County, its successors and assigns all right, title,
<br /> and� interest in. the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and known as the Grand Island Municipal Airport, to wit:
