<br /> Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, pur'suant to the provisions of
<br /> Chapter 77, Article 28, R. R. S. 1943 (1967 Supp.), made in the County
<br /> of Hall State of Nebraska, on the 15th day of January, 1970;.,the following
<br /> described real estate, situate in said County, to-wit: ,,,

<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> was sold to Norma;n Schleichardt and Lorraine Schleichardt for the sum of
<br /> $151.50, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, all proceedings. have been had in accorda.nce with law
<br /> and it appearing that the said Norman Schleichardt and Lorraine Schleichardt
<br /> are now entitled to a deed of said real estate,
<br /> NOW, THIItEFORE, I, Ra.lph A. Herndon, Chairma,n of the County Board of
<br /> Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the premises, and
<br /> by virtue of the Statutes of the State of Nebraska, in such cases made and
<br /> provided, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and convey and confirm
<br /> unto Norma,n Schleichardt and Lorraine Schleichardt in consideration of
<br /> $151.50, their heirs and assigns, forever, the said real estate hereinbefore
<br /> . described.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto •
<br /> the grantee and to granteets heirs and assigns forever.
