<br /> other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto 0. G. MUELLER, the following
<br /> described real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A part of Lot Eight ($) County Subdivision of Northwest
<br /> �uarter (Ni�V4) and west Half of Northeast �uarter (W�NE;4)
<br /> of Section Five ( 5) Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten
<br /> (10) , West of the 6th P . M, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularly described as follows :
<br /> Commer.cing at the Southeast corner of said Lot $ of �
<br /> saia County �ubdivision and running thence West 20$.�
<br /> feet along the south line of said Lot $, thence North
<br /> 20$.7 feet , thence East 20$.7 feet to the East line of

<br /> for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining or removing
<br /> said sewer line and works .
<br /> This conveyance is subject to all easements and restrictions
<br /> of record.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together I
<br /> with all tenements , hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the Grantee and to his heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> knd Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and his
<br /> heirs and assigns that the Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises
<br /> and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br /> same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said
<br /> premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
