<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that, in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of the Honorable Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the l4th day of March, 1969 ,
<br /> I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction in the manner
<br /> provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that there-
<br /> upon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as required by
<br /> law and at the time and place therein specified, after said sale had
<br /> been held open one hour I sold said real estate at public auction to
<br /> Oscar G. Mueller, he being the highest bidder therefor, that said
<br /> sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court and
<br /> by him in all things confirmed and I was ordered to make a deed of
<br /> said premises to said purchaser. �
<br /> NOjN, THEREFORE, I , B . J. Cunningham, Jr. , Guardian of
<br /> Gertrude Lesher, an incompetent, in consideration of the premises
<br /> and the sum of Sixty-four Thousand Dollars ($64 ,000 .00) so bid and
<br /> paid by him and by virtue of the powers intrusted to me by said Order
<br /> and proceedings do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the
<br /> said Oscar G.Mueller and unto his heirs and assigns , the real estate
<br /> described as follows , to-wit:
<br /> Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> (NE',SWq) and the Northwest Quarter of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter (NW',SE 4) , Section Five (5) ,
<br /> Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br /> of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska, con-
<br /> taining 80 acres more or less ,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belon ging to have and to hold ;
<br /> the same unto him the said Oscar G. Mueller and to his heirs and
<br /> assigns forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 16th �
