GUARDIAN 'S DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that , in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of the Honorable Donald H . Weaver, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 14th day of March ,
<br /> 1969 , I was licensed by .said Judge to sell at public auction in the
<br /> manner provided by law , the real estate hereinafter described; t.hat
<br /> thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as
<br /> required by law and at the time and place therein specified, after
<br /> said sale had been held open one hour I sold said real estate at
<br /> public auction to Oscar G. Mueller, he being the highest bidder
<br /> therefor, that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of
<br /> the District Court and by himin all things confirmed and I was
<br /> ordered to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE , I , B , J. Cunningham, Jr. , Guardian of
<br /> Gertrude Lesher, an incompetent , in consideration of the premises
<br /> and the sum of Six Thousand Four Hundred & no/100- -$6 ,400 .00)
<br /> Dollars so bid and paid by him and by virtue of the powers intrusted
<br /> to me by said Order and proceedings do by these presents grant ,
<br /> sell and convey unto the said Oscar G . Mueller and unto his heirs
<br /> and assigns , the real estate described as follows , to-wit :
<br /> Lots Nine (9) , Ten ( 10 ) , Eleven ( 11 ) and Twelve
<br /> ( 12 ) of the County Subdivision of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter (NWq) and the West Half of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (WZNEQ) , Section Five (5) , Township Ten
<br /> ( 10) North , Range Ten ( 10 ) West of the 6th P . M. ,
<br /> Hall County , Nebr�ka , containing 8 acres more or
<br /> less ,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold
<br /> the same unto him the said Oscar G. Mueller and to his heirs and
<br /> assi gns forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand this
<br /> 16th day of April , 1969 .
