<br /> INC. , a corporation duly organized, incorporated and exist-
<br /> ing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Kansas,
<br /> Party of the First Part, and TRANSAMERICAN INVESTMENT
<br /> PROPERTIES, INC. , of Sedgwick County, Kansas, Party of the
<br /> Second Part.
<br /> WITNESSETH: That the said Party of the First Part,
<br /> for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty-one Thousand
<br /> Dollars ($31 ,000. 00) , in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, has sold and by these presents does grant,
<br /> ccnvey and confirm unto the said Party of the Second Part
<br /> the following described premises, situated in Hall County,
