<br /> received from grantees, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, seli, convey and confirm unto
<br /> George D. Schepers and Rosemary Schepers, husband and wife,
<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real

<br /> (This deed is given to correct the failure to join the under-
<br /> signed as the then spouses of the grantors of a certain warranty
<br /> deed recorded in Book 153 of Deeds at page 10, and to ratify,
<br /> confirm and approve the conveyance of said property by their then
<br /> spouses, and to quit-claim and convey any interest they might
<br /> have had or now have in the above described property. Said
<br /> property was not the homestead of either of the grantors of the
<br /> previous deed or of the undersigned at the time of said convey-
<br /> ance or at this time. )
