<br /> SIDNEY R. MOE and PATRICIA M. MOE, husband and wife, each in his and
<br /> her own name and right and as spouse of each other, herein called the
<br /> grantor whether one or more, in consideration of ONE THOUSAND THREE
<br /> HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,300.00)
<br /> received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> DANIEL D. JACOBSEN and SANDRA K. JACOBSEN, husband and wife, as joint
<br /> tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real property
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A certain part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty-Six
<br /> (26) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. ,
<br /> more particularly described as: From a point where the North Right-of-Wa.y
<br /> line of the Union Pacific Railroad Co. , intersects the East line of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NWa) of Section Twenty-Six (26) , Township Eleven (11) ,
<br /> North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. , running thence Southwesterly
<br /> along and upon the North Right of Way Line of the Union Pacific Railroad
<br /> Co. , for a distance of 225.0 feet, to the actual point of beginning,
<br /> running thence North parallel to the East line• of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (NWQ) of said Section Twenty-Six (26) 225.0 feet; running thence South- �
<br /> westerly parallel to the North Right of klay line of the Union Pacific
<br /> Railroad Co. , for a distance of 225.0 feet; running thence South parallel
<br /> to the East Line of the Northwest Quarter (NWa) of said Section Twenty-
<br /> Six (26) , 225.0 feet, to a point on the North Right of Way line of the
<br /> Union Pacific Railroad Co. , running thence Northeasterly along. and upon
<br /> the North Right of Way line of the Union Paeific Railroad Co. , for a dis-
<br /> tance of 225.0 £eet, to the actual point of beginning, containing 1:00
<br /> acre more or less. •
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> grantees as joint tenants. �
<br /> Arid Grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees that grantor is
<br /> lawfully seised of said premises; and they are free from encumbrance;
<br /> that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br /> that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against
<br /> the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
