<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Helen Sorensen, an
<br /> unremarried widow; Blanche Franklin, an unremarried widow; and
<br /> Mildred Laas and A. G. Laas, her husband; hereinafter referred to as
<br /> Vendors, do by these presents, sell, grant, transfer, and convey unto
<br /> the Village of Cairo, a municipal corporation, in the County of Hall,
<br /> and State of Nebraska; all of our right, title, and interest in and to
<br /> the following described premises, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14)
<br /> all in Block Fifteen (15� , in the
<br /> Original Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> We represent that we are the sole heirs-at-law of James H. Hulett,
<br /> who died in 1939 1n Hall County, Nebraska, and that no estate proceedings
<br /> were had in his estate; that at the time of his death he was an unremarried
<br /> �ridower, and he left no last will and testament. This deed is given to release
<br /> and remove any restrictions pertaining to said premises and in deeds �rherein
<br /> James H. Hulett was grantor, dated June 10, 1926, and February 5, 1g37, so
<br /> that the Village of Cairo, which was the grantee in each of said deeds, may
<br /> have unrestricted use and may convey the above described premises, free of
<br /> the restrictions in said deeds.
