<br /> Know all men by these presents that , in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of the Honorable Donald H . Weaver, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County , Nebraska , made on the 27th day of May , 1968 ,
<br /> I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction in the
<br /> manner provided by 1aw, the real estate hereinafter described ;
<br /> that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as
<br /> required by 1aw and at the time and place therein specified , after
<br /> said sale had been held open one hour I sold said real estate at
<br /> public auction to David R. Weaver, he being the highest bidder
<br /> therefor, that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of
<br /> the District Court and by him in all things confirmed and I was
<br /> ordered to make a Deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> Now , therefore , I , Ruby M. Mendenhall , Administratrix with
<br /> Will Annexed , of the Estate af Clara L. Strait , deceased, in con-
<br /> sideration of the premises and the sum of Five Thousand Eight
<br /> Hundred Dollars ($5 ,800 .00) so bid and paid by David R. Weaver and
<br /> by virtue of the powers entrusted in me by said Order and proceed-
<br /> ings dp by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said
<br /> David R. Weaver and unto his heirs and assigns , the real estate
<br /> described as follows , to wit :
<br /> Cot Six (6) , in Block Seven ( 7) , in Voitle ' s
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska , as surveyed , platted and recorded,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold
<br /> the same unto him the said David R. Weaver and to his heirs and
<br /> assi gns forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this ��' day �
