<br /> convey and confirm unto Frank Paro and Veta M. Paro , husband and wife ,
<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship , and not as tenants in common ,

<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the South-
<br /> east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (EzSE4SW4) of Section Twenty-
<br /> three (23) , Township Eleven (11 ) North , Range Nine (9} West of the
<br /> 6th P. M. , Hall County , Nebraska, and more parti cularly described as
<br /> follows :
<br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said East Half of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (EZSEQSW4) ; thence �
<br /> running Northerly along the West line of said East Half of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter ( EzSE4SW4) , a distance
<br /> of Five Hundred (500 .0 ) Feet ; thence running Easterly and parallel

<br /> grantees and to their assigns , or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor
