<br /> WARRANTY DEED
<br /> MILTON B. NORTH and VIRGINIA A. NORTH, each in his and
<br /> her o�rn right and as husband and wife, herein called the
<br /> grantor w�ether one or more,. in consideration of One Dollar
<br /> ($1. 00) and other valuable consideration received from grantee,
<br /> does grant, bargain, sell , convey and con�'irm unto MILDREI� E.
<br /> BINFIELD, herein called the grantee whether one or more, the
<br /> following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NEQ) of
<br /> Section Thirty-three (33) , Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br /> Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br /> particularly described as follows : Commencing at a point
<br /> Forty-five (45) Feet South of the Northwest corner of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 33, thence running Southerly
<br /> along the tiUest line of the said Northeast Quarter of Sec-
<br /> tion 33 a distance of One Hundred Sixty-five (165) Feet,
<br /> thence running in an Easterly direction on a line parallel
<br /> to the North line o£ said Northeast Quarter of Section 33
<br /> a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-four (264) Feet, thence
<br /> running Northerly on a line parallel to the West line of the

<br /> This deed is given to correct an erroneous descrip-
<br /> tion in a deed from the above grantors to Syd Binfield
<br /> who is one and the same person as Sidney M. Binfield,
<br /> . now deceased, and Mildred E. Binfield, husband and
<br /> wife, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship,
<br /> which deed was dated A�ay 4 , 1964 , and filed D�ay 19,
<br /> 1964 , in Book 145 at Fage 23 of tne Deed Records us
<br /> Ha11 County, NeUraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements , hereditaments and appurtenances thereto be-
<br /> longing unto the grantee and to grantee 's heirs and assigns for-
<br /> ever.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and
<br /> with grantee 's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully
<br /> seised of said premises ; that they are free from encumbrance;
