Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />"and is w' h reference to Deed of Trust wherein Bill H. Baasch is <br />Benefici ry, and Albert W. Moeller and Michelle L. Moeller, husband <br />and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May 30, 2007, and <br />identified as Document No. 0200704442, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above-described Deed of Trust, together witYya,ll appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or apperta�iing. <br />PUE, TRUSTEE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />he foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me <br />on 7 , 2012, by Ronald S.
