<br /> real property in Hall Count,y, State of Nebraska:

<br /> of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range .
<br /> Nine (9), West of the oth P. M., being 38.882 acres, more or less.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hered_itaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br /> the Grantees and Grantees' heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees and said
<br /> Grantees' heirs and assigns that Grantors are lawfully siesed of an
<br /> undivided fifteen percent (ls�) interest in said premises; that said
<br /> undivided fifteen percent (15�) interest therein is free from
<br /> encumbrance; that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to
