<br /> Grantees, hereby grant, canvey and confirm unto STUART W. MIETH and
<br /> C�ROL Id. MIETH, husband and wife, as joint tenan�ts and not as tenants ?
<br /> in comman, the fbllowing described premises, situated in Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
