<br /> Township Twelve (12) , North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th p.m. ,
<br /> and running thence East along the South line of said Quarter
<br /> Section 38 rods; thence North 32 rods, thence West 38 rods to the
<br /> West line of said Quarter Section; thence South on said West line
<br /> of said Quarter Section 32 rods to the place of beginning, and
<br /> containing approximately 7 and 6/10 Acres, more or less.
