<br /> ,herein called the grantor whether one or more,

<br /> received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto Max J. Rauert, Jr. and
<br /> Irene E. Rauext, husband and wife
<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real property in

<br /> Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4SW4)
<br /> of Section Eight (8) , in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine
<br /> (9) West of the 6th p.m. more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section Eight (8) in
<br /> Township Twelve (12) , North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th p.m. ,
<br /> and running thence East along the South line of said Quarter
<br /> Section 38 rods; thence North 32 rods, thence West 38 rods to the
<br /> West line of said Quarter Section; thence South on said West line
<br /> of said Quarter Section 32 rods to the place of beginning, and
<br /> containing approximately 7 and 6/10 Acres, more or less.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appur-
<br /> tenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of
