<br /> • Wenn, Deceased, and pursuant to authority granted him by the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Maude V. Wenn, which is of record in
<br /> the Office of the Probate Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br /> consideration of Fif teen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Doil�ars
<br /> ($15,500.00) ; in hand paid to him by the Grantee, hereby grants;
<br /> conveys and confirms unto ERNEST W. NUNNENKAMP the following
<br /> described premises situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
