<br /> THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Executor under the Last Will and Testament and of the
<br /> E-state of Hollis B. Mahoney, Deceased, as such Executor, and pursuant to
<br /> authority granted it by the Last Will and _Testament of Hollis B. Mahoney,
<br /> deceased, in consideration of the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND
<br /> NO/100 DOLLARS ($8,400.00) received from Grantees, hereby grants, bargains,. �
<br /> sells, conveys and confirms unto GLENN SCHWARZ AND RUDOLF F. PLATE, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of Block Twelve (12) ,
<br /> Windolph' s Addition; and a part of Lot Four (4) , Block
<br /> Thirty-Nine (39) , Charles Wasmer's Addition, all in the
<br /> City of Grand Islarid, Nebraska, more particularly
<br /> described as follows :
<br /> Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Block
<br /> Twelve (12) , Windolph' s Addition, said point being One
<br /> Hundred Six (106 .0) Feet Westerly from the Northeast corner
<br /> of said B1ock Twelve (12) ; thence Westerly along the
<br /> Northerly line of said Block Twelve (12) , and the Westerly
<br /> prolongation of said North line, a distance of Fifty-Twb
<br /> (52.0) Feet; thence Southerly parallel to the Easterly
<br /> line of said Block Twelve (12) , a distance of One Hundred
<br /> Forty (140.0) Feet; thence Easterly parallel to the
<br /> Tlortherly line of said Block Twelve (12) , a distance of
<br /> Fifty-Two (52.0) Feet; thence Northerly parallel to the
<br /> Easterly line of said Block Twelve (12) , a distance of
<br /> One Hundred Forty (140.0) Feet to the place of beginning,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing unto the Grantees, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br /> demand whatsoever of said Hollis B. Mahoney, deceased, the Testatrix, of,
<br /> in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br /> The above-described real estate is conveyed and transferred subject
<br /> to the following:

<br /> 1. Easements, restrictions and covenants of record.
<br /> 2. Zoning laws, rules, regulations and ordinances of the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described_ premises unto the said Glenn
<br /> Schwarz and Rudolf F. Plate, Grantees, and their heirs, executors, adminis-
<br /> trators and assigns.
<br /> The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, Executor of the
<br /> Estate and under the Last Will and Testament of Hollis B. Mahoney, decea�ed,
<br /> hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of any lien or encum-
<br /> brance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the estate of Hollis B.
<br /> Mahoney, deceased, and does hereby warrant that it will defend the Said
<br /> premises �inst lawful claims az�d demands of all persons claiming by,
