<br /> estate hereinafter described by Order of the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on the 28th day of Jul� , 1969, as Executor of the �
<br /> Estate of Anna C. Gray, Dea�sed, in manner required by law;
<br /> AND WHEREAS I , the said Leo J. Gray, Executor aforesaid, .
<br /> having given the required bond, as provided by law, and having filed the Oath
<br /> of Executor in said proceedings, and having fully complied with said Order
<br /> and with the requirements of the Statutes of Nebraska, in such cases made and
<br /> provided, did on the 21st day of August, 1969, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. , pursuant
<br /> to the Order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and the notice of
<br /> sale given in said proceedings, sell to the highest bidder at the basement door
<br /> of the Hall County Court House in Grand Island, Nebraska to Rudolf F. Plate and
<br /> Glenn Schwarz for the sum of ELEVEN TNOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
<br /> ($11 ,200.00) , they_____being i:he highest bidder therefor, and did se11 to them
<br /> the following described real estate:
<br /> Lot Six (6) of County Subdivision of Lots Thirteen(13)
<br /> and Sixteen (16) and a part of Lots Eight (8), Eleven
<br /> (11 ), Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14) of County Subdivision
<br /> of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE4SW4)
<br /> of Section Sixteen (16) , Township Eleven (11 ), North,
<br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> AND tdHEREAS affiant made repart of sale and gave notice of the
<br /> time of hearing of the confirmation of such sale, and the aforesaid Court did
<br /> enter the confirmation of such sale ordering me to deliver a deed to Rudolf F. Pl�ate &
<br /> Glenn Schwarz �
<br /> NOI�J THEREFORE I , Leo J. Gray, Executar of the Estate of
<br /> Anna C. Gray, Deceased, by virtue of the power and authority in me vested as
<br /> aforesaid, and in consideration of the sum of ELEVEN TNOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100
<br /> DOLLARS ($11 ,200.00) to me in hand paid by the said Rudolf F. Plate & Glenn cchwarz �
<br /> receipt whereof hereby being acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and
