<br /> ; LAWRENCE .KROEGER and GRACE KROEGER, husband and wife, herein called the
<br /> grantor whether one or more, in consideration of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS

<br /> larly described as follows : Beginning at a point one hundred
<br /> thirty-five feet (135.0' ) East and thirty-three feet (33.0 ' )
<br /> North of the Southwest Section Corner of said Section, run-
<br /> � ning thence East for a distance of one hundred feet (100.0 ' )
<br /> parallel with the South boundary of said Section, running
