<br /> between BENNETT S. MARTIN of Lincoln, �anca er County, Nebraska,
<br /> and C. E. CRONYN, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Executors
<br /> and Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Leo B. Stuhr,
<br /> � Deceased, late of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Parties of
<br /> the First Part, and NEBR.ASKA SOLVENTS COMPANY, a corporation,
<br /> ; Party of the Second Part.
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> That the Parties of the First Part, being the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Executors of the Estate of Leo B. Stuhr,
<br /> Deceas�d, under his Last Will and Testament, which is of record
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under and by virtue
<br /> of the power and authority granted to them under such Will, and
<br /> in consideration of the sum of TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
<br /> AND 35/100 DOLLARS ($10,417.35), to them paid by the Party of the
<br /> -- ..S.econd Part, receipt whereof is h�reby acknowledged, do by these
<br /> presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm
<br /> unto the Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns for-
<br /> ever, the following real estate situate in the County of Hall and
<br /> . State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast ,
<br /> Quarter (NE4) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Eleven (11)
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) Wes� of the-6th P.M. , in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more partieularly described as follows: Be-
<br /> ginning at a point on the north line of said Section Fif-
<br /> teen (15) , said point beirig Seven Hundred Thirty-four and
<br /> Eighty-five Hundredths (734.85) feet west of the northeast
<br /> corner of said Section Fifte'en (15) ; thence� continuing
<br /> westerly along and upon said nort� >line of Sec�tion Fifteen
<br /> (15) , a distance of Five Hundred Ninety+eight� and Fif ty-
<br /> five Hundredths (598.55) ��ee�,' to the northwest corner of

<br /> feet to the northwesterly right-of-way line of U. S. �Iigh-
<br /> way No. 30; thence northeast along and upon said right-of-
<br /> way line, a distance of Seven Hundred Sixty-four and Thirty-
<br /> five Hundredths (764.35) feet, thence northwesterly at right
<br /> angles to said right-of-way, a distance of Two Hundred Twenty-
<br /> one and Eighty-five Hundredths (221.85) feet, to the place
<br /> of beginning and containing 5.631 acres more or less,
<br /> together with all and singular; the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appuxtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also all of the estate, right, title, interest, prop-
<br /> erty, possession, claim and dema.nd whatsoever which the said Leo
