<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Rober . Kriz d Mary Jean Kriz,
<br /> husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other; and
<br /> James M. Davis and Joan W. Davis, husband and wife, each in his and her own right
<br /> and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantor whether one or more, in con-
<br /> sideration of T1'�'ee Hundred Seventy-Five and no/100 Dollars ($375.00) �
<br /> received from Grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, the
<br /> following described real property: '
<br /> A tract of land in Lots Four (4�) and Five (5) of Block Seven (7)
<br /> in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Block Seven (7) ; thence
<br /> running northeasterly on the northerly line of said Block Seven (7) for a
<br /> distance of eighty-one (81) feet; thence running southwesterly on a line
<br /> for a distance of sixty-five (65) feet, more or less, to a point seventeen
<br /> and five-tenths (17.5) feet southerly from the northerly line and seventeen
<br /> and five-tenths (17.5) feet easterly from the westerly line of said Block
<br /> Seven (7} ; thence running southerly on a line for a distance of twenty-two
<br /> (22) feet, more or less, to a point thirty-one and five-tenths C31.5) feet
<br /> southerly from the northwesterly corner and on the �esterly line of said
<br /> Block Seven (7); thence running northerly on the westerly line of said Block
<br /> Seven (7) for a distance of thirty-one and five-tenths (31.5) feet to the
<br /> point of beginning, said tract containing 980 square feet or 0.02 acres,
<br /> more or less, as shown on drawing dated 4/1/69, marked Exhibit "A" attached
<br /> " hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises tog�er with all tenements, �
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's ,

<br /> And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee°s successors
<br /> and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from
