<br /> Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty-one (21), in Township
<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P. M. , more particularly described
<br /> as follows: Be inning at a point on the south side of Anna Street in the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebras�a, 15 feet east of the west side of Jackson Street extended southerly, said
<br /> point is also 1, O10 feet southwesterly from a point where the southerly line of Anna Street
<br /> intersects the east line of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter (SE1/4NW1/4)
<br /> of said Section 21; running thence in a southeasterly direction parallel with the westerly
<br /> line of Jackson Street as extended a distance of 275 feet; thence running right 90° in a

<br /> of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seised of said preinises; that they are free from encumbrance
<br /> except the 1968 and 1969 real estate taxes which the purchasers have agreed to pay,
<br /> that �rantor has good right and lawful a�ithorit,y to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend
<br /> . the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees, the entire
