<br /> is made to the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 26-g-11, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said description was erroneous and Christ Peterson
<br /> did not in fact own said Southeast Quarter.
<br /> - NOW, THEREFORE, NATIONAL BANK OF CONIME;RCE TRUST AND SAVINGS
<br /> ASSOCIATION, successor to The First Trust Comgany of Lincoln,
<br /> Nebraska, TRUSTEE UNDER THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHRIST
<br /> PETERSON, DECEASED, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br /> and other good and valuable consideration, does quitclaim, grant, �
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto EDNA D. MARKHAM, all of its
<br /> right, title and interest in and to:
