<br /> ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: �
<br /> WHEREAS Elizabeth J. Ehlers was licensed to sell real estate �
<br /> hereinafter described by Order of the District Court of Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, on the B� day of June, 1969, as Ac�ninistrator of the
<br /> Estate of Marguerite L. Daffron, Deceased, in manner required by law;
<br /> AND WHEREAS I, the said Elizabeth J. Ehlers, Administrator •
<br /> aforesaid, having given the required bond, as provided by law, and
<br /> having filed the Oath of Administrator in said proceedings, and having
<br /> fully complied with said Order and with the requirements of the Statutes
<br /> of Nebraska in such cases made and provided, did on the 30th day of
<br /> July, 1969, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. , pursuant to the Order of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and the notice of sale given in said
<br /> � proceedings, sell to the highest bidder at the basement door of the
<br /> Hall County Court House in Grand Island, Nebraska, to Molly Engel
<br /> for the sum of Two Thousand Two Nundred and No/l00 Dollars ($2,200,00),
<br /> she being the highest bidder therefor, and did sel'1 to her the following '
<br /> described real estate:
<br /> An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to the
<br /> Easterly Thirty-Two and Four-tenths feet (E 32.4') of
<br /> the Northerly Ninety and Thirty-Five hundredths feet
<br /> (90.35') of Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Thirty
<br /> (130) Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> AND WHEREAS affiant made report of sale and gave notice
<br /> of the time of hearing of the confirmation of such sale, and the
<br /> aforesaid Court did enter the confirmation of sa�h sale ordering >'
