<br /> was given by Gladys Marrs and Cecil Marrs, Wife and Husband, dated and
<br /> acknowledged on June 7, 1950, filed on June i3, 1950, and recorded in
<br /> Book 100, at Page 151, of Deeds, in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br /> Hall Coun.ty, Nebraska, in whieh said survivorship deed the grantees there-
