<br /> Village of Cairo in exchange for
<br /> such quitclaim deed to the above
<br /> described premises the total sum
<br /> of $3,600.00.

<br /> the electors of the Village of Cai-
<br /> ro, Hall County, Nebraska may
<br /> file a f emonstrance against the
<br /> sale of the above described real
<br /> estate, and if a remonstrance
<br /> against such sale, signed by the
<br /> legal electors of said Village
<br /> equal in number to 30% of the
<br /> electors of the Village of Cairo
<br /> voting at the last regular muni-
<br /> cipal election in said Village, be
<br /> •filed with the Board of Trustees
<br /> of the Village of Cairo within 3U
<br /> days after passage and publica-
<br /> tion of said Ordinance No. 155,
<br /> in that event such real estate
<br /> shall not then, nor within one
<br /> year thereafter, be sold. If no re-
<br /> monstrance be filed against such
<br /> sale as above and by law provid-
<br /> ed; the Chairman of the Board of
<br /> Trustees and the Viilage Clerk
<br /> shall make, execute and deliver
<br /> to Mid-America Co., a Nebraska
<br /> corporation, a quitclaim deed con-��
<br /> veying said premises to said Mid-
<br /> America Co., a Nebraska corpora-
<br /> tion, and the execution and de-
<br /> livery of such deed is hereby au-
