<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; �-=-�-�---� ,
<br /> Whereas, in an action pending in the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, wherein Manchie Moll is plaintiff and Helen Schlieker and others
<br /> were defendants for the partition of the real estate hereinafter described,
<br /> the undersigned Referee,having been appointed by said Court to make partition of
<br /> such real estate, made his report in writing, setting forth that partition of said
<br /> lands co�id not be made without great prejudice to the owners thereof, which
<br /> report was duly examined and confirmed by the Court, and the Court thereupon
<br /> made its Order directing me, as Referee, to sell said premises at public auction
<br /> for cash to the highest bidder. '
<br /> In pursuance to said Order, I caused notice to be published in the
<br /> GRAND ISLAND DAILY INDEPENDENT, a newspaper printed and of general
<br /> circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, that I would offer such real estate for sale
<br /> at the north front door of the Hall County Courthouse on the 23rd day of June, 1969
<br /> at 2;00 P.M. , and after publication of said notice for more than thirty days, I
<br /> offered said premises and sold the same to Dale Skinner, he being the highest
<br /> bidder and having paid the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000.. 00). Thereafter,
<br /> on the 15th day of July, 1969, said Court approved and confirmed said sale and
<br /> directed me as Referee to execute a Deed, conveying said real estate to said
<br /> buyer in fee simple.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard L. DeBacker, Referee, in considera-
<br /> tion of the sum of Five Thousand Dollars �$5, 000. 00) so bid and paid and by
<br /> virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do by these presents grant, se11 and ;k
