<br /> Ethel L. Lepin, sometimes known as Ethel Lepin, and Ernest M. Lepin,
<br /> wife and husband, each individually in her and his own right and as
<br /> Spouse Of the other , herein called the grantor whether one or more,
<br /> in consideration of One Do11ar ($1.00) , love and affection,
<br /> received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto Ernest M. Lepin and

<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
