<br /> of the Hon. Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall County, ;

<br /> Judge to sell at public auction, in the manner provided by law, the real
<br /> estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave notice of the time an.d
<br /> place of said sale as required by law, and at the tima,and place therein
