<br /> duly appointed, qualified and acting �o-executors of the said e5tate on this

<br /> deceased, which said Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and is of record in said
<br /> office, and in consideration of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
<br /> FIFTY & NO/100 DOLLARS ($11,750.00), in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto GERALD D. RUSCHMANN,the following described
<br /> real estate, situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit :
<br /> The Southerly Sixty-six (66) feet of Fractional
<br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Fractional Block
<br /> Thirty-eight (38), in Charles Wasmer's Addition
<br /> - to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and its
<br /> complemertt , being Fraetional Lot One(1}, in
<br /> • Fractional Block Three (3), in Windolph's Addi-
<br /> tion to t he City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br /> '° being a rectangular tract of ground having an
<br /> easterly frontage of 66 feet on Adams Street, a
<br /> depth of 106 feet and bounded on the south by
<br /> the alley in said Blocks 3 and 38, as surveyed, '
<br /> platted and recorded,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging; and also all t he right, estate, title, interest, property, pos-
<br /> session,. claim and, demand whatsoever, which the said testatrix had i.n her
<br /> lifetime, and at the time of her decease, in which the said grantors have,
<br /> by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to
<br /> the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the
<br /> appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises wit h all of the
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, unto t he said grantee, and to his
<br /> heirs and ass•lgns, forever.
<br /> The said grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors and -
<br /> adminisf rators, do covenant, promise and undertake to and with the grantee,
<br /> his heirs and assigns, that they are the lawful co-executors of the Last Will
<br /> and Testament of the said Hazel C. Lee, deceased, and have power to convey as
