<br /> ROBERT L. BOEKA and SHARYN BOEKA, husband and wife, WILBUR J. MC CUMBER
<br /> and BERNApINE MC CUMBER, husband and wife, and CHARLES E. MOYER and D4NNA
<br /> LEE MOYER, husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more,
<br /> in consideration of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRID FIFTY DOLLARS
<br /> ($33,750.00) r�ceived from grantee, does grant, ba.rgain, sell, .convey and
<br /> confirrn unto CHARLES W. MOSS and NEVA E. MOSS, husband and wife, herein
<br /> called the grantee whether one or more, the following described rea.l property
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska: •
<br /> The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Qua,rter (NE'�SE�) and the
<br /> North Ha1f of the North Half of the Southeast quarter of the
<br /> Sautheast Quarter (N'�N2SE�SE�) , a11 in Section Thirty-Three (33),
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6�h P.M., •
<br /> consisting of Fifty (50) Acres, subject to county roads, liens,
<br /> easements, restrictions, conditions and reservations of ret�ord,
<br /> visible easements, and a real est�te mortgage dated February 1,
<br /> 1966, in favor of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, a
<br /> Corporation, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska., in Book 139 of Mortgages, at page 545,
<br /> which said real estate mortgage grantee assumes and agrees to pay
<br /> bp the acceptance of delivery of this Warranty Deed.
<br /> To ha.ve and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> grantee and to grantee1s heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee1s
<br /> h�ixs and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they
<br /> are free from encumbrance, but sub,ject to county roads, liens, easements,
<br /> reatrictions, conditions and reservations of record, visible easements, and
<br /> the real estate mortgage described above, which grantee assumes and agrees to
<br /> pay; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br /> that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the x
<br /> lawful claims of a11 persons whomsoever.
