<br /> Mrs. Mildred Beckman thereupon moved the adoption of said
<br /> resolution. The motion was seconded by Judge Edward Dixon. The
<br /> matter was then fully discussed. On being put to a vote, the motion
<br /> was unax�iraously ca�ried. '.i'he Chairman, then declared that the �otion
<br /> was d�.ly passed by more than the necessary three-�ifths vote, all
<br /> 30 votes being in favor of the motion, and no votes being opposed to
<br /> . it�
