<br /> Conferenee of the Members o� Trinity M�thodist Church of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, also k�own as �Crinity Ur�ited Methodist Church of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska does hereby approve the sale of the above property
<br /> to the said School Distriet for said amount, and does hereby au-�hor-
<br /> ize and direct the Board of Trustees of �rinity Methodist Church of
<br /> •Grand Island, Nebraska, also kr�.own as �rinity United Methodist Church
<br /> of Grar�d I�sland, Nebraska, to take any and a11 necessary steps and

<br /> Bayard H. Paine, Jr. , thexeupo�. moved the adoption of
<br /> �aid resolution. The Motion was seconded by Mrs. Helen McCullough.
<br /> , The matter was thexi. fu11y discussed. On, be3.ng put to a vote, the
<br /> t�mtior� was unanimously carried. The Chairman then declaxed that
<br /> t�� motion was duly passed by more than the necessary three-fifths
<br /> vcs'�e, a11 29 votes being in favor of the motion, and no votes being
<br /> opposed to it.
