NEBRASKA DpMNTARY
STAMP tAX
ADMINISTRATORS DEED SEP 10 1968
 60
 , $ BY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Gordon L. Evans,
Administrator aith the Will Annexed of the Estate of Aldred H.
Tollner, Deceased, in pursuance of an Order of the Honorable Donald
H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
duly made and entered on the third day of November, 1967, I was
duly licensed by said Judge to sell in the manner provided by law
the following described real estate, to-wit:
The North Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot Ten (10)
and the South Thirty (30) Feet of Lot Eleven
(11) , in B1ock Two (2) , First Artistic Homes
Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
That thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of such
sale, as required by law, and at the time and place therein speci-
fied and after sale had been held open for one hour, I sold said
real estate, subject to confirmation of Court, to Glenn Schwarz
and Rudolh F. Plate, they being the highest bidder therefor.
That such sale was thereafter reported to the Judge of the
District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, together with a subsequent
bid received for such property from L. W. Bank. That thereafter
and on the 29th day of April, 1968, this said matter came on before
the Judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for hear-
ing upon the report of sale by the Administrator and upon the ob-
jections to confirmation of sale filed therein; that upon such
hearing, the Court found that the sum so bid at such sale was in-
adequate and was not a fair price for the premises, and found that
the offer of L. W. Bank for said premises constituted a fair and
reasonable price for such premises, and found that the sale to
Glenn Schwarz and Rudolph Plate should be set aside, vacated, and
held for nought, and that the Administrator with the Will Annexed
should be ordered and directed to make, execute, and deliver to
L. W. Bank, Administrators Deed, conveying to him such real pro-
perty.
NOW, THREFORE, I, Gordon L. Evans, Administrator with the
Will Annexed of the Estate of Alfred H. Tollner, in consideration
of the premises and the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00)
bid and' paid by L. W. Bank, and by virtue of the powers invested
in me by the Order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
and the proceedings, do by these presents grant, sell, and convey
unto the said L. W. Bank and to his heirs and assigns forever the
following described real estate, to-wit:
The North Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot Ten (10)
and the South Thirty (30) Feet of Lot Eleven
(11), in Block Two (2), First Artistic Homes
Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and
to hold the same unto him, the said L. W. Bank, and to his heirs
and assigns forever.
