<br /> own right and as spouse of each other, herein called the grantors,

<br /> follows: Beginning at a point 448 feet South of the north-
<br /> west corner of the Southwest Quarter (SWa) of Section Thirty-
<br /> one (31) , in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (8) , West
<br /> of the 6th P.M,, in Merrick County, Nebraska and 164.3 feet
<br /> southeasterly on a line at an angle of 52 degrees 30 minutes
<br /> from the West Line of said Section 31, running thence easterly
<br /> 427 feet along a line at an angle of 43 deqrees 37 minutes to
<br /> the left to a point on the present West bank of the Platte
<br /> River, thence southwesterly along and upon said West bank of
