Borrower sUall occupy, establish,and use the Property as Borrotiver's principal residence <br /> within 60 days after the execution of this Security Instrument and shall contivue to occupy the Properry as <br /> Borrower's principal residence for at Least one year after the date of occupancy,unless Lender otherwise <br /> ag�ees in writing,which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld,or unless extenuating circumstances <br /> exist which are beyond F3orrower's control. <br /> 7. Preservation, M aintenance and Protection of the Property; Inspections. Borrower's Loan Applieation. Borrower shall be in default if, during the Loan application process, <br /> Borrower or any persoils or entities acting at the direction of Borrower or w�th Borrower's kuowledge or <br /> consent gave materially false,misleading,or inaccurate information or statements to Lender(or failed to <br /> provide Lender with material information)in connection with the Loan.Material represenrations include,but <br /> aze not Iimited to,representations concerning Borrower's occupancy of the Properry as Bocrower's principal <br /> resideuce. <br /> 9.
