<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 15, 2011, and executed by Mark M Czaplewski and
<br />Rita A Czaplewski, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 15, 2011, as Instrument No.
<br />201106852,and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Suite Four (4) in the Brentwood By-The-Lake Condominium Property Regime Il,in the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,as shown on the plat and plan for the Brenfinrood By-The-
<br />Lake Condominium Property Regime II and the Declaration thereof, and any amendments
<br />thereto,and subject to the Declaration,grants,covenants,easements,conditions and restrictions
<br />establishing a plan for condominium ownership of the Brenfinrood By-The-Lake Condominium
<br />Property Regime Il,as set for the therein and of record as Instrument No.82-001758, and (any
<br />amendments) thereto,all as contained in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Tnast, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of February, 2012.
