Present at the meeting were Bishop John L. <br /> Paschang, Presid�ent of The Di.ocese of Grand Island, Carl T. , <br /> Hayden, Pastor of 5t. rtary's Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br /> Secretary-Treasurer of said corporation� and Jahn Conant and <br /> Frank Pileggi, lay membexs o£ said coxporation, residing in the <br /> Parish of St. Nlary's Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> President John L. Paschang announced that the meeting <br /> was c�alled for the purnose of consideration of an o££er made <br /> by Genevieve R.
