<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : That we, Helen Sorensen, an
<br /> unremarri_ed widow; Blanche Franklin, an unrem�rried widow; and
<br /> Mildred Laas and A. G. Laas, her husband; hereinafter referred to
<br /> as Vendors, do by these presents, sell grant, t.ransfer and convey �
<br /> unto the Village of Cairo, a municipal corporation, in the County
<br /> of Hall and State of Nebraska, all of our right, title and interest �
<br /> in and to the following described premises, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Five (5) , Six (6) , and Seven (7 ) , all
<br /> in Block Fifteen (15) , in the Original
<br /> Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> We represent that we are the sole heirs-at-law of
<br /> James H. Hulett, who ,died in 1939 in Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br /> no estate proceedings were had in his estate; that at the time of
<br /> his death he was an unremarried �aidower, and he left no last will and
<br /> testament. This deed is given to release and remove any restrictions
<br /> pertaining to said premises and -in deeds wherein James H. Hulett was
<br /> grantor, dated June 10, 1926, and February 5, 1937 , so that the
<br /> Village of Cairo, which was the grantee in each of said deeds, may
<br /> have unrestricted use and may convey the above described premises,
<br /> free of the restrictions in said deeds.
