<br /> 7 That said The Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company, '
<br /> for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1. 00)
<br /> $ and other go,od and valuable consideration, receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these presents does
<br /> s sell, grant, bargain and convey unto the said Sxate of
<br /> Nebraska, Department of Roads, the following described
<br /> lo premises situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> 11 Commencing at a point in the Southeast
<br /> Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 36, Township
<br /> 12 9, North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M. , �
<br /> where the West right-of-way line of High-
<br /> 13 way 281 (as part of the right-of-way for
<br /> said highway is deeded to the State of
<br /> 14 Nebraska by deed in Book. 77 Page 494 of
<br /> the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska)
<br /> 15 intersects the North line o� the Adams-
<br /> Hall County highway bordering said SE1/4 on
<br /> 16 the South; said point of beginning being �
<br /> approximately 33 feet North of and 523. 3 �
<br /> 17 feet West of the Southeast corner of said +
<br /> Section 36; thence due West following a �`.

<br /> the center line of said Adams-Hall County
<br /> ls highway, for a distance of 60 feet; thence
<br /> due North 50 feet, thence due East on a
<br /> 20 line parallel with the center line of said

<br /> way line of said Highway 281; thence South-
<br /> 22 westerly along saicl west right-of-way line
