<br /> b�lhereas, the said Anna A. Boag, a single woman
<br /> did, on �r about the 20th day af January, 1965, execute to the State of Nebraska,
<br /> for the c�nsiderati�n therein mentioned, a conveyance of the certain Lands, sit-
<br /> uated in HaLl C�unty, Nebraska and hereinafter more particularly described, which
<br /> said conveyance is recorded in the office flf the Regi.ster of Deeds of the C�unty
<br /> of Ha11� in Book L47, Pa�e 213, of the records of said o£fice; and whereas said
<br /> conveyance is incom�Lete in that it does not inc lude tk:e following:
<br /> The above described tract shaLl be part of a Controlled Access Fac-
<br /> ility as defined in Section 39-L3o2 (6), R. R. S., 19�t3, and the remain-
<br /> der of said West Half of the 5outhwest Quarter, which by reason of the '
<br /> taking herein described, now abuts �n a highway wher.e none existed there-
<br /> tofore, is subject to the provisions of Section 39-1329 R, R. S. 1943. '
<br /> and whereas, t� prevent difficuLties hereafter, it is expedient to correctly de- .
<br /> scribe said conveyance. ;
<br /> Naw, therefore, this indenture witnesseth that said Anna A. Boag �
<br /> in consideration af the agreement and consent of the State of Nebraska to the � �
<br /> c�rrection and of one dollar paid to her by the State of Nebraska, hereby grants, !'I
<br /> conveys, reLeases, and confirms unto the Sta.te of Nebraska, their successors and

<br /> 23, T�wnship 10 North, Range 9 West of t he 6tY� P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, de-
<br /> scribed as foliows:
<br /> Referring to the West Quarter Corner �f said Section 23; thence easterly on
<br /> the North Line af the West Half of t he Southwest �uarter of said Secti�n 23 a dis-
<br /> tance of 150.7 feet to the point af beginning; thence continuing easterly on said �
<br /> Narth Line a dis�tance of 1�180.8 feet to the Northeast Corner of said �lest Half ''.
<br /> of the Southwest Quarter; thence s�utherly �n the East Line of said West Half of �
<br /> the Southwest Quarter a distance of 181.3 feet; thence westerly 97 degrees 27 min-
