<br /> That Charles F. Widman, as Executor of the Estate of
<br /> Rachel M. Cover, Deceased, and pursuant to authority granted him
<br /> by the Last Will and Testament of Rachel M. Cover, which is of
<br /> record in the Office of the Probate Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> in consideration of Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Four and
<br /> 36/100 DOLLARS ($4,634.36 ) in hand paid to him by the .
<br /> Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto CLYDE W. WILCOX,
<br /> SR. and ETHELYN ELLIS WTLCOX, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, the following described premises
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: ,
