<br /> Bob D. Cover, Deceased, and pursuant to authority granted him
<br /> by the Last Will and Testament of Bob D. Cover, cahich is of
<br /> record in the Office of the Probate Court of Hall County, Nebraska, •
<br /> in consideration of Four Thousand STx Hundred Thirt�-Four and
<br /> 35/100 DOLLARS ($4,634.35 ) in hand paid to him by the
<br /> Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto CLYDE W. WILCOX,
<br /> SR. and ETHELYN ELLIS WILCOX, husband and wife, as joint tenants, .
<br /> and not as tenants in common, the following described premises
<br /> situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> Building and Loan Association of G�and Island, Nebraska, filed _
<br /> of record in Book 128 at page 628 of the Mortgage Records of
<br /> .the office of Register of Deeds of Hal1 County, Nebraska, the
<br /> balance of which mortgages the Grantees assume and agree to. pay.

<br /> event of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee
