<br /> THIS DEED, Made this ��-=day of May, 1968, by and between
<br /> Mabe 1 Geer, of Gra.nd Is land, in the County of Ha 11, State of
<br /> Nebr�ska, Executrix of the last will and testament of RusselState
<br /> Geer, deceased, late of Grand SPELTS-SCHULTZCLUMBER CO.aOF'GRAND
<br /> of Nebraska, FIRST PARTY, and
<br /> Ig.�Agps, a corporation, with principal offices in Grand Island in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, SECOND PARTY;
<br /> WITNESSETH, that first party, the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting executrix under the last will and testament of Russell
<br /> L. Geer, deceased, which is of record in the office of the probate .
<br /> court of Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue of the power and auth-
<br /> ority granted and conf erred upon her under said will, a 00100)onthe

<br /> presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and
<br /> confirm unto second party, its successors and assigns, all of the
<br /> f ollowing described land situate, lying and being in the County of
<br /> Hall, State of Nebraska;
<br /> Lots One (1) , Two (2) , '1'�hz'ee (3) , Five (5) , Six (6) , Seven
<br /> (7) , Fifteen (15) and Seventeen (17) , "Island Acres". being
<br /> a subdivision of part of the West half of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (W% SW�) of Section Eight (8) , Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, and part of Fractional
<br /> Lot Two (2) of Section Seven (7) , in Township Eleven (11)
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as the same is platted;
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; and
<br /> also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession,
<br /> claim and demand whatsoever which the said testator had in his
<br /> lifetime, and at the time of his decease and which the First Party
<br /> has by virtue of said last will and testament, or otherwise, of,
<br /> in, or to the above granted premises and every part and parcel
<br /> thereof, with the appurtenances.

<br /> administrators, does covenant, promise and undertake to and with
