<br /> That the Party of the First Part, by virtue of the power and
<br /> authority to him given in and by the said Last Will and Testament, and
<br /> in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand Three Hundred T'ifty Dollars
<br /> ($5,350.00) to him paid by the Parties of the Second Part, the receipt
<br /> . whereof is hereby acknowled�ed, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
<br /> remised, released, conveyed and confirmed� and by these presents does
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release , convey and confirm unto
<br /> the Party of the Second Part, his heirs , and assigns forever, all of the

<br /> Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County� Nebraska,
<br /> together with �11 and sin.gular the tenements , hereditaments , and appur-
<br /> tenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining; and reversion
<br /> and reversions , remainder and remainders , rents , issues , and profits
<br /> thereof; and also all the estate , right, title, interest, property, poss-
<br /> ession, claim, and demand whatsoever� both in law and equity, which the
<br /> testator had in his lifetime , and at the time of his decease , and which
<br /> the Party of t}ie First Part has , by virtue o.f the said Last Will and
<br /> Testament, or otherwise , of in� and to the above granted �remises , ancl
<br /> every part and parcel thereof with the apptxxtenances .
<br /> To have and to hold aii and sin�ular the above granted pre-
<br /> mises � together with the apgurteriances and every part thereof, unto th.e
<br /> Party of the Second Part his heirs and assi�ns forever.
<br /> And the Party of the First Part , for himself, his heirs ,
<br /> executors and administrators , does covenant, �romi.se , and a�ree , �o and
<br /> with the Party of tt�e Second Part� that he is lawfully the Fxecutor of
<br /> the Last titiiill and Testament of said Bert Dickey, anci }ias powex to convey
