<br /> KNOW A�L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT.
<br /> Whereas, in an action of partition pending in the District Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, wherein Gladys Crosser and Irwin Crosser were plaintiffs and
<br /> Francis D. Rose and others were defendants for the partition of the premises herein�.
<br /> after described, the undersigned Referee, having been appointed by said Court to .
<br /> make partition of such real estate , made report in writing, duly signed, setting
<br /> forth that paxtition of said lands could not be made without great prejudice to the ,
<br /> owners thereof, which report was duly examined by the Court and confirmed, and
<br /> the Court, having thereupon made and entered an Order directing me as Referee to
<br /> sell said premises at public sale for cash to the highest bidder;
<br /> In pursuance to said Order, I caused notice to be published in the Wood
<br /> River Sunbeam, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in Hall County, that
<br /> I would offer such real estate for sale at the north front door of the Hall County
<br /> Courthouse on the 5th day of April, 1968, at 2 o'clock p. m., and after publication of
<br /> said notice for more than thirty days, I offered said lands, toawit:
<br /> Lot One (1) Block Ninet�en {19), Original Town
<br /> of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> arid sold the same to Charles A. Mead and Judith A. Mead, husband and wife, they
<br /> having the highest bid therefor, they having paid the sum of Fifty�two Hundred Fifty
<br /> Dollars '($5, 250. 00). Thereafter on the lOth day of April, 1968� said Court approved
<br /> and confirmed said sale and by its Order directed me as such Referee to execute to
<br /> said buyers a Deed conveying said real estate to them in fee simple.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I,Donald L. Abraham, Referee, in consideration of
<br /> the sum of Fifty�two Hundred Fifty Dollars '�$5, 250. 00) so bid and paid, and by virtue
<br /> r � of the powers vested in me by law, do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto
<br />� Charles A. Mead and Judith A. Mead, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right
<br /> of survivorship and not as tenants.in common, the followic�g described real estat.e:
